Hi, I have two pages with two layer sliders on top. I need each link in the slider to go to a certain section that is located below on the same page.
I have managed to do well on one page (METODOLOGIA) but I have not achieved it in these other two pages (QUE HACEMOS and PUBLICACIONES), although I´ve done the same process.
I don´t know what I´m not doing well and why it works in one slider but not on the others…
I put two screenshots of the pages where they do not work.
    Thanks

    Hey cipriana,

I loaded the page and I can see
trabajos-metodologicos is a class and not an ID like the rest for example, so that would require to be changed.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

Hi Bailis, and where do you see that?

Because Técnicas de Investigación is made in the same way and it works.
    I show you a screenshot.

Anyway, If you can tell me where should I change that, ( in the page or in the layer slider) I will be grateful.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Each section should be contained in a different color section with unique ID.

    You have 3 sections

    Investigaciones publicadas
    Artículos publicados
    Trabajos metodológicos

It appears you have not assigned unique ID to each section.

Create 3 color sections for each of the above mentioned section and give each section a unique ID in the developer ID field.

Lastly, Link the menu items in the LayerSlider to each of the section ID’s as you have done for the first one.

In simple words please repeat the steps you did for the first section for the rest of the sections.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi, Vinay! thank you!
    I´ve almost got it.
The only case it didn´t work for me is in mobile device, with the second title Desarrollos Propios in the page Qué hacemos.
I´ve done what you say in all cases.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Do you have multiple sliders? One for desktop and one for mobile? If so please check the links in both sliders.

If you still have any issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can log in and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

Thank you for the update. Did you create another slider for mobile? The anchor link is incorrect.

    <a style="" class="ls-layer-link" href="#tecnicas-de-investigacion" target="ls-scroll"></a>

It should be “#desarrollos-propios”, not “#tecnicas-de-investigacion”. Please check the link layer.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
