I’ve updated the information as you requested.
I want to link a side bar to a heading in a page.
Webpage link to view sidebar:
Right now when I click on some of the sidebar headings on the left pane it takes me here. The picture below represents the Fleet Services Parts & Equipment screen shot. You’ll see the 2 highlighted parts in the picture. 1 to side bar and the other to the Heading of Fleet Services. It takes you to the 2nd screen shot when you click on the sidebar link for Fleet Services Parts and Equipment but I don’t want it to go there but to the Heading above the Auto Parts with the RED keyboard key that says Car Parts in the picture area of the available contracts. I cannot see where I can tell it not to go to here but instead bookmark to the heading section where I want it. So basically I would like to create a bookmark to that specific part in the page so that when the person clicks on the sidebar link it will jump them to that particular section in the page. I
Where it links you to when you click on sidebar item:

Are you able to explain to me what I’m doing wrong? I cannot see how you can bookmark a heading without changing it into a text block field. Or do you know of a simpler way to get this accomplished?

Login details are not working, could you check and verify please? Also, I’m not sure what pages your screenshots are from, please link to them directly as well so that we can have a closer look.

You’re talking about anchors, the link that take you to a section of the page, those are page specific and are done in a different way. You will need to build a separate menu for this page and not use portfolio items, but use section ids to where these anchors should go to.
Here is the basics of how to create anchorsBut your case is a bit more complex.
