link website shows old content

When i post a link to the website it shows old content. I checked ‘inspect element’ and it shows there the wrong content too (it was there but has been deleted). I added it below (the description is not ok, that part has been deleted), i tested it with fb but found it here too), it is the og:title and og: description that are old. How do i get rid of that?
