Hello,
I have created a Portfolio with Ajax functionality here (Referenten):
http://test.norddeutscher-fundraisingtag.de/norddeutscher-fundraisingtag/Is it possible to create a link that jumps to the portfolio block (Referenten) and opens up a specific portfolio item with Ajax?

It requires a bit of customization. You can try this out, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-deeplinking-to-the-portfolio-ajax/.
It was for a previous version of Enfold but it still may work for the latest version.
