I’m trying to link a button on the Layerslider to an anchor link inside a tab section. When I click the button it does go to the anchor link but the content is displayed incorrectly. The content is pushed to one side, the tab navigation is pushed to the other side, and the content in the tab section is cut off. If the anchor link is in the first tab section then this works correctly, but if it’s in one of the other tab sections it does not. Is there a way to execute this so that it works correctly?

To see how this works when the anchor link is located on the second or third tab of the tab section, go to the third slide with the spray tan equipment on it and click one of the learn more buttons.

To see how this works when the anchor link is located on the first tab of the tab section, go to the second slide with the spa equipment and click one of the learn more buttons.

Ok, the attached video shows how the anchor link is working incorrectly, and then an example of how it works correctly. Please let me know if you need further information about how this is working.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Did you move the site somewhere else? The page above no longer exists and the whole site looks broken. Please provide a link to the new location.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

So sorry about that, we’re working on launching the website so we just moved it. The development site is back up now so you should be able to access it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update

We can now reproduce the issue on our end. It’s not working properly because you’re trying to access a content or area in a tab section (#spray-tan) when it is not yet enabled or active. You should replace the anchor #versa-pro in the link or button with #spray-tan. (see private field)

    Best regards,
    Ismael
