When I click on an image to edit its various properties, the tab Link Settings displays nothing. It is purely white. I can access the Caption, Animation, and Image settings pages once opening an image, but Link Settings only has the message of “Image Link?
Where should your image link to?”

    Hey thomasdries,

It appears some files are corrupt or not uploaded properly please re-upload the theme folder and that should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,

A friend gave me the corrupt file of the enfold theme before and after I bought the good file from envato market place.
I deleted the theme, downloaded it again from envato market place and re-uploaded the theme in wordpress.
I also updated to the latest version. Three times i tried with no results I still have the same problem.
Hope you can solve the problem :)

    Best regards

    Hi Thomas,

We’ve had problems with what you’re describing on servers running PHP 7.1, could you find out if that is the case with your server? If so then simply downgrading to PHP 7.0 should solve the problem.

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard,
Do you have tips how i can downgrade to 7.0 PHP server. I searched on the internet and looks very complicated. Where can i see if my server is running on 7.1 PHP to start with? :)
    Best Regards,
    Thomas
