    Hi,

I have to make a website for a client and ofcourse I use Enfold. I have been using Enfold for almost 2 years now and this is the first time I have an issue with it..

When I try to upload the enfold theme it says ‘Link Expired’

Can someone help me with this, I am in a bit of a hurry to finish this website for my client.

Ps. I had tried to chance the filesize, but it will not work.

    Greetings,

    Nicolas

    Hello Victoria

I can not use that link to anything. It does not appear how the problem is solved.

I have a customer that I will help as soon as possible. You have my login information.

Can you write a guide to how I solve it, or specifically resolve the problem and tell me what you’ve done afterwards.

    Hope for quick answers!

    Hi,

Login credentials did not work for me but i did install the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold using your cPanel credentials above. Please review your website :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Hello, I am facing the same “Link Expired” problem and I’ve just purchased and downloaded Enfold (like half an hour ago).
I am looking for similar threads but none shows a solution, they are all ending saying that they solved the problem without saying how or sending the temporary login access in order for you to install the theme.

How is it possible to solve this problem? I am building the website local on my Mac, could you please help?

    Thank you Rikard.
Unfortunately I have little experience with WordPress and I’ve never had this kind of problem.
How can I edit the PHP options? Do I need to add a new file or just change an existent one?
In both cases where do I fine the PHP options?

    Thank you again

    Hi,

If you have never done things like that before, I think it would be better to ask your hosting provider to help you out. Please try contacting them and ask them to perform the required changes.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
