Example: https://manhattancenterforgynecology.com/ and go half was down the page where REAL PATIENT REVIEWS shows and click on the View Full Review link. This image should open in a lightbox. In testimonials, it is coded as <a href="wp-content/uploads/2019/03/MCVS_reviews_2019_8_home.jpg?iframe=true">View full review</a>

Works fine in Firefox and Safari. Chrome does not open a popup – nothing.

    Hey crtdude,

https://cl.ly/6445c2c346c1 Here is what I am seeing in Chrome on a Mac. The lightbox is working.

Are you checking on a PC or a Mac?

Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

This is completely strange. You say you’re on a Mac in Chrome – so am I. All 3 sites I have this type of link on do not work in my Chrome browser. All 3 work in Firefox and Safari. On Chrome mobile the lightbox works.

I give up. I get nothing, no popup in new window, no popup in lightbox. The hover knows it is a link, clicking it does nothing.

    Hi crtdude,

The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

    1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
    2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
    3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

I guess we can close this out. I greatly appreciate the help you provided.

It was caused by a testimonials plugin we are using. The author provided a fix.

Thanks again, you guys are the BEST!!!!!
