++ENGLISH VERSION BELOW ++
On 3 of my 4 Enfold-Wordpress Websites the link color (buttons, footer menu,…) is the same as the background color on mobile devices. If I change the background color, the font color changes as well. Maybe the link text is not there at all – I can’t check it.
If I use a button the link text is shown in the right color when I also use an icon beside the text. But that shouldn’t be the solution.
How can I make these links visible? Also in the footer menu?
Thank you!January 20, 2021 at 11:31 am #1273991Hey kuechenring,
I can’t see any problems like that on my end on mobile, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem, and steps we need to take in order to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 20, 2021 at 1:37 pm #1274044Hey Rikard,
thanks for testing. Yesterday I started to set an icon beside the button text (only visible with mouse-hover) therefore it is visible at the mobile version as well.
I send you some screenshots where you can see my problems. I use an iPhone 12 and Safari browser.
Thanks a lot,
kuechenringJanuary 21, 2021 at 12:30 pm #1274350Hi,
Thanks for that. I still can’t reproduce those results on my end using phone modulation on Chrome and Safari, but I don’t have the particular device you are using to test though. Does this problem happen on different mobile devices as well? Does it make any difference if you load the site in an incognito or private window?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2021 at 4:28 pm #1274434Thank you, Rikard.
It seems to be an iPhone problem… I checked it on 2 other iPhones – both show the same problem (text not shown), incognito modus checked as well.
Then I tried it on 2 android devices and there everything is ok and how it should be. I really don’t know how to fix it…January 22, 2021 at 5:58 am #1274614Hi,
Thanks for the info. I’m not sure if we have an iphone 12 to test with, but I’ve asked the rest of the team for help. Please reply to this thread, so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 22, 2021 at 10:02 am #1274646Hi Rickard,
thank you. I also tested it with an iPhone 8 and iPhone X. So it seems to be an iPhone (Safari) problem at all and not only iPhone 12…Best Regards.
