    Hi,

    Is there a limit on the number of API keys per server/ipaddress? We are experiencing the problem that we cannot validate the API key for updates.
    Could this limit be increased? Otherwise we will have to update everything manually.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please install Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and try validating your Personal Token there and check if that works? You might have not set all the required token permissions – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that is the case, Envato Market plugin would show you that error so you can simply regenerate a Personal Token :)

    Thanks. I created a new Token but stil getting this reply/error:

    Please make sure to enable only following tokens

    All 7 should be enabled.

    Nope. Then it’s goiing wrong. Now i have only selected these 3 checkboxes and it works.

    1. View and search Envato sites
    2. Download your purchased items
    3. List purchased items you’ve made

    Hi,

    If you are able to update the theme with only those 3 permissions using Envato Market plugin, that is fine! 7 permissions are required to be able to update the theme from Enfold theme options :)
