    Hello,
    Recently I noticed that the lightbox stopped working. The image opens directly, and the YouTube video redirects to YouTube. It appears that during the YT video, it opens the lightbox, but immediately redirects to YT. Do others experience this as well? Link in private content.

    Hi purmar,

    Please try to check if the Portfolio Grid’s Link Handling is set to Display the big image in a lightbox (Advanced > Link Setting)
    If it’s still not helping, please disable Javascript File Merging And Compression in Enfold > Performance.

    Hi. Neither one is helping. If I post a video via the video module, it works fine and the video opens in lightbox. But any image that should trigger a lightbox, be it for video or a picture, loads the lightbox, but within a 0.5 second, goes to the image or YouTube.

    I am not sure what has changed. This was not the problem previously.

    Hi purmar,

    Can you try to temporarily disable all the plugins? and see if it helps.
    If it still not helping please, try to switch from Enfold to any default WordPress Themes, then switch it back again and check.
    If it’s still not working, can you setup a staging site for us? basically it’s a duplicate of your live site, just so we can check further and make changes without causing any issues on your site visitors/users.

    OK. I found out that the Abandoned Contact Form 7 plugin was breaking the Lightbox. When disabled, it works again. Thank you.
