Hello,
I am having an issue with lightbox, when I click on an image, it says “The image could not be loaded”. I tried deactivating all plugins, removing all custom CSS, reinstalling WordPress, reinstalling the Enfold theme and child theme but nothing worked. We recently migrated the site so I tried adding a new portfolio item, this item did not open in lightbox either, instead it opened the attachment page for that image. I also tried using the lightbox when the default theme “Twenty Seventeen” was active and I still received the error. At this point, I have run out of ideas as far as what could be causing this issue. The site is in maintenance mode right now, so you can’t see the problem unless you are logged in.It appears that there may be an issue with the custom search plugins I have. When you go to this attachment page: http://www.sugarbakers.us/portfolio-item/showroom-2-2/home-fashions_2/ the image opens in lightbox. I added a custom category to this image using the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. But if you go to this page: http://www.sugarbakers.us/portfolio-item/showroom-26/ it doesn’t open lightbox and the image is fullsize. This second image does not include a custom ACF category. I tried deactivating this plugin and the Search Everything plugin, but I still encountered the same issues.
The issue has been resolved. After migrating the website, the URLs for the lightbox images did not update. We have fixed the URLs and the lightbox is working again.
