Hi, when we install the official Campaign Monitor plugin and embed a form and activate it we get a lightbox bug, we get multiple lightboxes trying to open our image galleries. We use Chrome browser on PC, not sure if it is happeneing on all browsers etc. Is there a fix for this please? Thanks.

I’m not familiar with that plugin unfortunately, what do we need to do to reproduce the error?

RikardJuly 2, 2016 at 2:00 am #655952Hi Rikard, thank you for your reply. Campaign Monitor are the largest supplier of newsletter systems. This is their official plugin. To reproduce, add the plugin and then add an embedded form to a page. On a separate page add a gallery in layout mode and then when you go to frontend and click on gallery lightbox you will see the duplicate lightbox error. p.s we know it must be this plugin because the error only ocurs when this plugin is active. Thanks. Leigh
July 5, 2016 at 4:50 am #656811Hi,
Could you please create a test page where we can see the issue? Have you tried to disable the Lightbox Modal Window in the Enfold > Theme Options? Please contact the plugin author for more info.

if we disable the lightbox modal window in the Enfold > Theme options then we get no lightbox at all when we click on the gallery.July 5, 2016 at 8:47 am #656887Hi,
if we disable the lightbox modal window in the Enfold > Theme options then we get no lightbox at all when we click on the gallery.
It is exactly how the light box is intended to work.
I checked the gallery in Chrome, FF and IE but I do not see multiple lightbox (please see attached screenshot). It works fine as it is intended to. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

July 6, 2016 at 5:12 pm #657623Hi,
as already mentioned you need to deactivate Enfold’s lightbox. Then you need to search a plugin which is compatible as a lightbox plugin with Enfold.
Best regards,
