Hi there –
The lightbox I have popping up on-click of team members works, however, to advance to the next page on-click, the arrow needs two clicks from the user. Strange, right? The lightbox also jumps as I go to “x” out of the window so any suggestions on that will be helpful too. I’ve included a link in the private content.
Thanks so much,

Hm.. works fine on my end and I see no errors in JavaScript. Which browser are you using?

Using Chrome 67.0.3396.99
Thanks so much for looking into the issue.

August 22, 2018 at 7:45 pm #1000492Hi,
Thank you for sharing the details and elaborating the issue. I checked the link and the issue does persist. For testing purpose do we have the permission to deactivate all active plugins?
If you like to find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

Yes, you have permission to test which plugin is causing the issue. Let me know if you need additional login credentials other than what I posted earlier.
Thanks again,
TAugust 22, 2018 at 8:26 pm #1000510Hey Vinay –
I’ve deactivated, tested the issue, and unfortunately I couldn’t find the solution. Keep me posted on what you can find through your attempt at deactivating and reactivating each plugin.
Thanks again!
-TAugust 23, 2018 at 2:32 pm #1000752Hi,
I checked the code you have inserted and found that ?iframe=true is has been used a couple of times for the same link on the same page which is why the iframe get’s triggered again. For testing purpose, I have updated the HTML format for Ian and Kate and it works fine please do the same for the rest of the team members :)
