    Hi there,
    The Lightbox navigation and close icon are not showing. Tried in several browsers. Hitting the back button gets you back to the site but that might not be obvious to all our users.

    If you’re using a child theme, upload the latest header.php file to the child folder.

    Hi Rikard,

    No, we’re not keen on that solution – don’t want to override the current header.php in our child theme because not sure what previous modification have been made to the current file (that we need to keep).

    Any other solution?

    Hi,
    Sorry this has been the working solution because the header.php has changed and the old version is braking the lightbox, please try using a difference comparison such as https://www.diffnow.com to compare your old & new version and find the customizations that you need to migrate to the new header.php
