licensing issue / forum support

HI,

I’m having issues with the forum.
It seems my latest 6 months support buy-in from December 2nd 2025 is not registered.
So I cannot use the forum for any questions.

Here’s the lines from the receipt:
Date: 02 Dec 2025
Invoice No: IVHF36612083
Order No: 207213871
Envato Credit to user RobWu on Envato Market $19.88
Envato Credit code – 863ecebe7ce6425e9e80452704a14b28

For some reason I wasn’t able to quickly find the required code to fill in to activate the forum entry,

Hey Rob Wu,
I searched our system using your email address and it shows that your support is until: 2026-06-19 with the same Purchase Code as your 2014 purchase. So your support has been updated.
Perhaps you forgot your password?

Hi Mike,

After I send the email, I was able to activate things. Sorry for the noise….
Feel a bit silly I overlooked it at the Themeforest pages multiple times. I blame my dyslexia ;)
