    I cant activate the license. I bought it on Envato.
    I have the license file.
    Can you help me please?

    Activate problem

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:
    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Please make sure to follow the instructions here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ and enable required permissions. Also, please flush browser cache or try validating your personal token on a different browser.
