how can I update to the current revision of LayerSlider WP?
Is in enfold a “Free” license included?
Or is it required to buy a license?

The LayerSlider is bundled with the theme, so you can’t update it as an individual plugin. All you need to do is to update the theme itself.

By mistake I purchased a license code for the slider, but I have not used that code for the activation.
Yes, you told me the license for the slider is included in the Enfold license.
Is the Not Activated note the normal case, or could that the reason for the error described below where I have 2 urls at Flywheel.2. How to find out the reason of different behaviour of a
– correct working slider on my Staging Server at Flywheel
– and the _not correct_ slider on the production server.
Error: On the production slider the background image does not show up when the slider starts.
The text and a image work fine with a delay of 555ms.
When the slider is changing to the next slide,
then the backgreound image is presented.
All settings in the Slider are checked and I can not find a difference.thanks

Your staging site has a htaccess login, please post those login details in private as well. I’m not sure I understand your questions, if you could try to explain a bit further then that would be appreciated.
