Hello, I am actually wanting to post in the support forum but I don’t have access to my license number. I am using the Enfold theme on my website – the problem is that the website was built by another company that is very difficult to deal with support wise and I have been having a lot of issues with them which is why I would prefer to ask a support question directly on your support forums.

Could you please try to retrieve your purchase code from the company that created your website so you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads whenever you have a question or an issue? :)

They can give you the purchase code and we can reset the account and register it using your email. Each domain requires a new license therefore the company should have purchased a license just for your site and using that purchase code you should be able to register to our support forum. As i mentioned earlier, unfortunately, we only provide support to registered users.
