Dear sir or madam,
we use the Enfold Theme at one of our corporate websites. the website was made by an agency long time ago and we do not work with them anymore. somehow we are currently switching our hoster, but the domains will be the same. we tried to update the theme because we are having some trouble with the website. I found out that this is a paid theme but it looks like the agency has bougt the license for us and we dont have an account on envato. can you provide us with the license details? I think we need something like an “Themeforest API Key” and a username.

Sorry for the problem. We can’t provide you with those details unfortunately, since only the account which bought the actual license has access to them. Could you try reaching out to the agency to see if they can give you access maybe? If not then I would recommend that you purchase your own license, otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update the theme, or need access to the theme files.
