    Hi

    I was asked to update the webpage of a client who is using your theme Enfold.
    He is not sure if he has the account and how the theme was purchased.
    Would you be from your side have to possibility to see if he is a client according to his site URL (I guess on the basis of the purchase key?!). Some items are deprecated (avia shortcodes) and rev-slider which is probably connected to the theme needs an update.
    Or should we acquire the new license alltogether?

    Hey MR,

    We don’t have access to purchase codes ourselves unfortunately, you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest support to see if they can help you out with that. I’m not sure if they will provide you with any information, but if they can’t, then it’s probably best if you purchase a new license for the site.
