    Someone told me that he buy from you a theme. he send me license. but I am trying to add license in theme. license is not working. I am sending you details. please tell me this is valid licence or not?

    When I try to add this license in my site. I see this error.

    Error.

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Hi,

    If you would like to update your theme, you would need to generate a Personal Token on your ThemeForest/Envato account – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token however if you do not have an access to it, I am afraid that is not going to be possible.

    It seems like that license was purchased back in 2016 and not in 2021 :)

    Any way. Now tell me that Can I use this license ot not?

    I am really very upset because I sent him payment for new license. And he sent me note pad file and he changed date.

    Thank you for inform me that this license is old.
