    HI,

    I wanted to add a support question and it said the license expired. How is that possible when the Enfold purchase is a lifetime license. Are you no longer taking support questions on the forum unless we pay for support now?

    Thanks for reaching out. Paid support is a requirement from Themeforest unfortunately, if you need to renew your support license then you can do so here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
