    Hello

    I’ve bought a license in 2015 : 2bfe6044-ab8c-4941-8185-9623d25bf902.
    I thought that this license have no end but I would like to ask a question on kris assistance and a message said that the license is expired. I don’t understand why.

    Could you explain to me or fix the problem ?

    Another question : This license have been bought for a my website who do not exist anymore. Can I use my license for an another website. I asked to chatGPT and he said yes ;-).

    Hey Marino,

    Theme licenses are for life and they include 6 months of support after the purchase date, if you should need support after that then it has to be purchased separately. If you need to renew your support period, then you can do so here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

    A theme license is valid for a single domain including sub domains.

    But if I have bought the them license for a website, for example, “dog.fr” and this website is “dead”, doesn’t exist anymore. Can I use the theme license for my new website “cat.fr” ?
