Hello, I’m the new web developer of the Harmony Public Schools. We are using the Enfold theme on our campus websites that need to get updated. But I don’t have the required information. I can only provide information about the purchase. Because the people who purchased the theme is no longer a part of our organization. I contacted Theme Forest 2 weeks ago but they haven’t responded yet. Could you please help me fix this issue. Thank you so much.

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for your problem. We can’t help you out with transferring licenses unfortunately, maybe the easiest solution would be to contact your former employees to see if you can’t get their login details in order to access the theme files?
