    Hi,

    we bought two enfold Themes under one account, and unfortunately we are not able to save any item on our live installation, we always get the error TypeError: main_storage.val(…) is undefined. Which “the forum said”means, that we have two different versions installed, but we didn`t.

    so i think the problem is, that we have two licences under the same account.

    Hey Petra,

    Could you please register at our support forum and open a new ticket there? Please include admin login details in private in the ticket so that we can have a closer look at your installation.
