    Hi Guys
    i just wanted to post a question. And it told me that my licence key expired 2016. That can not be possible. When you look at my profile you will see, that i posted questions just recently. But not as old as 2016. What went wrong? Can you pleas get back at me?

    Hi Filipp,

    That is because we just recently implemented a check if users have valid support periods. It’s not something we actually wanted to do, but it’s a requirement for vendors on the Themeforest platform, so we had to. You can extend your support period on Themeforest, or simply post your question here.

    Ok. But i dont understand, why my support ended 2016. How long is the support supposed to be?
    But i remeber that when i set up the Account on themeforest i had to create a second account because there was something wrong with the first.
    Coudl it be, that, the expiration is still somehow connecetd to the fals or not working account?
    Anyhow. How much is it if i want to extend my support? When i purchased Enfold, there was no information of an expirationdate of the support.
    I would be happy for a claryfication.

    The question which poped up yesterday was why there is a gap between the background of the titel and subtitel of my Vollbildslider. On my first page.
    Attaching a screenshot.
    But i am confident that more questions will come up. So i would be glad for a permanent solution.

    Hi Filipp,

    Thanks for the update. When you purchase a theme, then 6 months of support is included with that. So you if you haven’t bought a theme license or extended support within the last 6 month, then you don’t have a valid support period anymore.

    I renewed my license. But 50 bucks for 6 Months is not really cheep. But you guys also need a salary. Anyhow. I hope i can set everything up in the next 6 months. And its good to count on your support.

    I agree, it’s not cheap to renew support. But since it’s a requirement from Themeforest, we have to comply with their rules.
