    Hello, I purchased a new licence in March, and now it says it has expired, so I purchased another one. I downloaded it to my computer. I don’t see a licence key to enter for support. It’s saying I need a new licence key to use support.

    I am not sure where I need to enter the token key. When I log in to Envato there is no option for Enfold > Theme Update > Enter a valid Envato private token.

    I am confident that I did not need to purchase another licence as I just purchased it in march :(. Now I have two licences, but neither are allowing me to use support.

    Can you send me a link to where I can enter the token I was able to get following the instructions?

    Hi,

    You should add the token in the theme options on your actual website. Please check under Enfold->Theme Update.
