    Hello team,
    this morning, I buy the licence with the following info (see above in private section)

    and I’m still not able to create a request on the support form.

    and I still get the following message : Your current, expired license key is: 56f2ca25-ad4a-4d78-96f9-2b8c9f5693a0

    Actually,I meet a big issue after upgrading my wordpress to 6.1, some functionalities are broken in administration to edit posts. That’s why I try Try to upgrade my enfold framework.

    It seems like you have not registered to our support forums. You can register using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. After logging in, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post.

    You are currently using Enfold 4.3 which is pretty old and is not compatible with your WP version. Updating the theme should fix the issue.

    I also noticed that you have modified footer.php file on your child theme. It needs to be updated as well. I checked your functions.php file too and it looks weird. I would recommend running a security check on your server and certainly updating functions.php file :)

    then enter the purchase code (*) + my email (**) I get the following message
    ERROR: THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED, PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE.

    It seems, I’m trying to create a new account whereas I want just make the link between my existing account (***) and the new Purchase code

    any idea how to link the Purchase code to my existing account ?

    Firstly : I restored the old setup, 3 days ago (FTP + mySQL), To avoid the bugs with wordpress 6.1. – No the site is stable again.

    Secondly, I would migrate the ENFOLD (4.3 => last version ) , then to upgrade the WORDPRESS. (WordPress 4.8.21 ==> 6.1)

    I see the weird file : function.php in child theme.. strange !

    I go here : https://www.teamargon18france.eu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia + theme update, but it’s written : “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.3)”
    looks like the connexion with my last purchase doesn’t work.

    there is no “UPGRADE” button available.
    should I push manually the enfold files I download from themeforest using FTP, here : ?
    /home/teamargoxp/www/wp-content/themes/enfold

    or should I update my API key ? (currently API key is : (see in Private Content))

    Yes, please update the theme manually – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

    I forgot to mention that Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5 so any version older than that requires a manual update first :)

    You can have Functions.php file in your child theme but the content of it looks weird.
