how can I make a sub navigation as you have on the Enfold-example page on the left side?

Hey chocchic!
It is actually a Tab Element which you can add under Content Elements in Avia Layout Builder. You should choose to display tabs on the left and it should be without border http://i.imgur.com/fiI5Xfd.jpg
