Hello!
I have my website set to have a left side menu. On some pages the content goes behind the menu and then the footer does as well. It’s as if the pages and footer are not recognizing the left hand menu. On this page: http://liceclinicsofuk.com/contact/islington-borough/ (and every sub page of “contact”) it only starts happening after the first 2 sections. I have cleared my cache, changed every setting in the layout section and I also deleted & re-installed the theme. Can you please help me?May 11, 2016 at 8:20 am #630512This is super strange, but it looks like on the pages the issue is happening the actual text is a different font & color then the pages that are responding correctly.
May 11, 2016 at 8:37 pm #630944I think commenting on this will put me further down the list. But I just have to let you know one other thing. I have to show this site to my clients so I took this page: http://liceclinicsofuk.com/contact/islington-borough/ and duplicated it to show her without header & footer to get a more accurate representation of how it will look and the last two sections are completely gone.
They show on the backend, but just don’t even show on the front end?!?!May 12, 2016 at 10:35 am #631252Hi,
It could be one of the following
1. the custom css please backup remove all the css from Enfold > General styling > Quick CSS and refresh the page to see if the issue exist.
2. Any html tag which is not closed properly in the advanced layout builder.Let us know if you still see the issue after removing the css from Quick CSS if so add one block of css at a time to know which one is causing the issue and we can provide you with an alternate solution.
Best regards,
VinayMay 12, 2016 at 8:05 pm #631568Hi Vinay!
1. I removed all the CSS, cleared my cache and opened in a private browser but it did not fix the problem
2. I didn’t hand code anything, just used the drag & drop, not sure how I could check something like thisIt was displaying perfectly fine until I added more sections. Another thing that may be of interest. I think it started when I used a template (like from one page to another). Could that influence the rendering?
May 16, 2016 at 4:46 am #632686Hi,
The other sections starting from the “Testimonial” section moves outside the #wrap_all container that’s why the layout breaks. This usually happens when a page containing a color section, has elements outside a color section. Please make sure that all elements are inside a color section.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 16, 2016 at 5:41 am #632719I’m so excited that you found the cause!! How in the world do I “make sure that all elements are inside a color section.” ?????
I wouldn’t need to have ALL the elements on a page within a color section right? It’s just a section of the page.May 16, 2016 at 5:43 am #632721I have 2 color sections. One at the top of the page which is behaving perfectly and one near the bottom where the layout starts to act up. Isn’t that what they’re supposed to be for? I’m not using the color section in some unusual way so I’m confused why it’s causing issues.
May 16, 2016 at 5:45 am #632724So I changed my design just to make it work, but if you take a look at this page:
The footer is still not responding correctly. I hope you can help!May 16, 2016 at 5:47 am #632725Oops! Didn’t include the link: http://liceclinicsofuk.com/contact/chelsea-kensington/
May 17, 2016 at 9:35 am #633578Hi,
There’s another color section between the sections in the page, not sure where it came from. We moved the columns inside a color section then moved the sections around, updated the page then moved the sections back to their original position. Fixed now: http://liceclinicsofuk.com/contact/chelsea-kensington/

IsmaelMay 20, 2016 at 2:10 am #635621Ok… if that’s the only solution I guess I’ll live with it, but kind of bummed because I wanted headings to go edge to edge and inside the color section there’s a margin.
ThAnk you for all your hard work!
