    Hello, I have a problem with Learndash content.

    You can access our site with the credentials in the private content.

    You will see that the sidebar with the learndash course content, and everything related to that course, is not displaying.

    But if you login with your temporary user, you will see it.

    I updated the enfold theme and major plugins.

    I already contacted with LearnDash support, and they say it is enfold theme, because (it is true) we change the theme, the content displays correctly.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    When I add LearnDash widgets into Sidebar Pages widget area, they show up however LearnDash content is still missing. To be honest, we do not have much experience with LearnDash plugin but it seems like the issue might be related to user permissions. Are you having this issue only on your existing profile?

    No… the weird thing is that it happens with some users. The users you have access to, both are admins, so they both have total access to courses… I don’t really know how to replicate the problem, but some users with the student role have had the same problem. I “fixed” the problem replicating the whole course and content and giving access to this replicated course to the user again.

    Learndash is already aware of this, but they said that is theme related, so I tried to switch to another theme and looks like they were right because with this other theme it was fine :S

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for the late reply.

    We believe this is a permission related issue or something is breaking our theme code but unfortunately, we could not locate the problem. As I mentioned earlier, we do not have much experience with LearnDash and we have not received such report before and since there is no error related to this issue in logs, we are unable to provide a solution at the moment.

    We have informed our devs regarding the issue. In the meantime, if you are able to find a temporary fix, please do share with us so we can look into implementing it.

    Edit: Our developer who has a working installation with LearnDash and Enfold informed me that he does not have such issue on his site and that the behaviour on your website is unusual. He said that this could be related to modifications on theme files, if you have made any, or combination of plugins you are using such as membership plugins. If you have not modified any theme files, could you please try de-activating all active plugins, except for LearnDash, and check if that helps?
