As described in the title, embedded YouTube videos need to be clicked twice to play. Is that the intended bevaviour and is there a way to change it to just one click? You find an example link in private content. Thank you!

thank you for your reply! So you suggest, this issue is due to WP Rocket? I don´t use the WP Rocket lazy load funtion for iframes and videos, only for images. For videos I use the Enfold lazy load function implemented in the video element.

It is due to the nature of lazy load functionality itself, not specifically a plugin.

Jordan ShannonOkay, thank you. I understand this is the intended bevaviour of the video element of Enfold due to technical restrictions from YouTube. The only way to change that would be using the iframe method suggested in the thread you linked. Downside would be that the video is loaded as soon as it comes into the viewport of the user.

Yes unfortunately, any other solution would require quite a bit of hacking and customization. You would need a freelancer to complete.
