Hi – there’s something a bit messed up with the layout on the Checkout page of Woocommerce. (http://www.littlefoxwebdesign.co.uk/manororganicfarm)
Where it says Additional Information and Customer Details it also says:
Example Label:
which is throwing the layout off. I’ve checked my Checkout page but can’t see it on there anywhere.
The Payment Gateway is currently in test mode but can I send you a screenprint of how it looks?
Thank you!
May 8, 2014 at 1:28 pm #261759Hi – there are also a couple of layout issues on the Cart page – if you could help me?
The Apply Coupon, Update Cart and Proceed to Checkout buttons don’t seem to be laid out quite right and underneath that, where the shipping options are shown – is it possible to make the box wider so that the title of each shipping method is on one line rather than wrapped round?
Thank you!

What browser is this happening in? I just went through the above site but didn’t see any issues/errors on my end.

DevinMay 9, 2014 at 5:23 pm #262478Hi – I’m viewing it in Chrome – how can I send you a screenshot?
Thanks.

YigitMay 9, 2014 at 5:57 pm #262502Hi – link is here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wv85aw4l633bt06/AABa17Ow1NU6lnPi28lnxViva
I’ve added to files – one showing the Cart page and the other showing the Receipt screen after customer has completed payment.
Thanks!
May 12, 2014 at 3:30 pm #263303The checkout page is correct since its showing the items as they stack and respond to the users browser width.
On the customer detail page, have you added in another field? there is a “example label” in your screenshot that shouldn’t be there by default.
May 15, 2014 at 11:20 am #265222Yes that’s field the label that I don’t understand where it’s come from! I haven’t knowingly added anything in – would you be able to take a look for me?
Thank you.
May 19, 2014 at 5:37 pm #266867Check your functions.php file for any function with that function in it as well as any plugins that might be setup to add more content to the checkout or other WooCommerce pages.
