We just moved discoveryourself.com from GoDaddy’s managed WordPress to cPanel thinking that it was the cache that was messing up our site. Every few days the desktop version would mess up, with the layerslider moving down low, and the mobile version would mess up miserably on all pages. For now, the desktop version is fine, but the mobile version is horribly messed up and I cannot figure out how to restore a reasonable layout
Hey bradhepp3,
I can’t see any obvious problems on the mobile version of your site, could you post screenshots highlighting the problems please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks for taking a look. I think I had finally discovered the culprit before you looked: a strange, convoluted .htaccess file in the themes folder. Its last line was “RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://cloud-security.ru [L,R=302]” As soon as I disabled that .htaccess file everything cleared up.
Hi,
Thank you for letting us know about that – we much appreciate it!
Best regards,
