    I am trying to figure out how to put a layout element inside a tab. Is this possible?

    Hey dmarzean!

    It isn’t supported right now but you could force it by creating the layout you want inside the individual tab in a separate page and then copy and paste the shortcodes into the tab.

    We are working on adding more support for stacking shortcodes but for right now its going to be trial and error to see what will work and what will not.
