    Hi,

    I’m not able to use the layout builder anymore when editting or creating pages. (posts and products are working fine).

    I see the following errors when loading a page in the backend:

    – Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on sortable prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘toArray’
    – Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
    – Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined

    I’ve tried the following solutions without any result:

    1. Deactivated all plugins
    2. Installed latest Enfold version with FTP
    3. Installed latest WP version
    4. Included the code in functions.php from thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-4-5-please-read-this-first/

    When using a default WP theme there are no issues.

    Please help.

    Hey Jaap,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi,

    That’s very strange. For me it’s not working. Tried opening your testpage in Chrome and Firefox. See screenshot. The donut keeps spinning….

    still working for, I made a 2nd page with ALB.
    Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well.

    I’ve tested it on another computer as well as on a virtual machine and even on my mobile phone (on a different network). Same result, not working.
    This is very strange, you must have a magic computer…

    And what if you test it on another computer with other OS or browser?

    Hi Andy,

    I’m still breaking my head about this issue. Nothing is working for me. I’ve recorded what I’m doing. The errors are not there when using one of the default WP themes, so it must be related to Enfold. One other thing what is also not working is that I’m not able to click the ‘screen options’ button.

    Hi,

    I really believe that it does not work on your computer, so no need to record it. To be able help we need to be able to reproduce the same issue you experience on our own installation. The problem that it works on my installation, more over it works for me on your very own installation too. So basically we can help you. I show you a screenshot showing that ALB is working totally fine on your installation for me: s. private content.

    I am sorry, but as long as it’s working fine for us on your installation we can’t do anything for you.
