- The topic ‘Layout Builder Not responding?’ is closed to new replies.
Layout Builder isn’t working…nothing is working.
The website isn’t responding to CSS.
And the font size settings within the layout builder doesn’t work.
Custom CSS doesn’t work….not sure what’s going on…
Thanks
Hi Justin,
Your Sucuri plugin is blocking access unfortunately. Please disable it temporarily.

Can I get your IP address Rikard?
Hi!
Please temporarily disable IP restriction. We only login to sites that are publicly accessible and do not share our IP addresses.

Yigit, will you respond to the problem right away then? The client was just majorly compromised, spent a thousands bucks to fix and don’t want them repeating this cycle again.
Hi!
Have you referred to this pot – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/?
Also, Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Blah! Caching issue for sure. Thanks boss!
Justin
My Style sheet is still not responding. I really am not sure what is going on here
Hi,
You are welcome!
Can you please post your custom CSS here using http://pastebin.com/ so we can check your codes?
Best regards,
Yigit
I updated an image like 4 times, cleared my cache, etc and it wouldn’t update. It wasn’t until I changed the file name and uploaded it that it reflected on the front end. So serious caching issues going on, but it doesn’t seem relative to a browser.
Hey!
If you have any special characters in file names such as “å”, that might be the cause of the issue as well. Please make sure to use only English characters.
Cheers!
Yigit
Hmmm Thanks…not sure what’s going on. I just know that nothing is responding as it should.
I create a class, it doesn’t respond to the style.
Hi!
You could try checking with your hosting provider, there might be some sort of server side caching.
Best regards,
Yigit
That’s the next step I think. Seems very server-sided to me. Thank you.
