I just get a circle loading. Sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn’t. Is this a problem with host? Sometimes css on front messes up too and tells me how to pick an enfold demo..?

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,

I actually deleted all plugins and then installed enfold via ftp before I started.
There is an index.php file in the same folder as the themes? Is that normal? Looking at it in FTP and it looks very out of place!

The advanced layout builder appears to load correctly on my end. Please check screenshot. It may be the internet connection if the same happens please try to refresh the page and if you notice this frequently right click anywhere on the page inspect and check the console tab if you notice any errors please take a screenshot and upload to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link with us so we can further investigate this issue.
