    Hello,

    Although I am running the latest version of Enfold (4.0.2) and wordpress (4.7.3) , refreshed many times (using ctrl +f5), cleared my browser cache, the layout editor is loading forever and I am unable to make urgent changes. Also after updating, the slideshow picture has changed from full width to smaller. When I am trying to change settings in layerslider, it says Internal server error.
    Please help

    Hey kevindahari,

    A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    Hey there,

    I’m having the same exact problem. Can you help me out as well?

    Here’s the deal:

    1. it’s a fresh install. No plugins.

    2. Cache is cleared.

    3. Enfold was reinstalled.

    However, nothing changed. Same problem as before.

    Can you take a look at the site please?

    Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug

    and let us know if that goes somewhere.
    If not, please create a new support ticket and add your credentials and your web site, so we can be able to take a look.
