I have just installed the new ENFOLD theme for a client and when I wanted to create a new page, I realized that the usual AVIA Layout Architect is no longer available (have a look at the screenshot: https://www.alcahestpharma.com/support/screen1.png – this is the interface I am used to and which I prefer) !!!! Instead, a completely new interface appears where I should write text in a block ……(have a look at the screenshot: https://www.alcahestpharma.com/support/screen2.png – this is the current interface!! I don’t want to work like this!!!)
HOW CAN I RETURN TO THE AVIA LAYOUT ARCHITECT ????Thank you and best regards

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the login. I see that you have found the solution of using the classic editor plugin to use the advanced layout builder in Enfold v4.5
But if you update to v4.5.2 this option will be built into the theme options.Best regards,

many thanks for your response. Yes, I tried to solve it with the Classic Editor.
But now I have another problem: The customer who bought the license from ENfold himself has sent me a TOKEN (see private data). However, when I enter this at ENFOLD I always get an error message: see text below.
What can I do? Where is the mistake?

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connect to Envato:Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

This error is typically from the permissions of the token not being correct, that is not enough.
Please see the required permissions here.Once your client updates the token, you may want to enter it into the site in incognito mode, some users have reported that having multiple sites creates multiple Envato cookies that can clash.
