    Hallo Support-Team,

    nach Update auf die Enfold Version 4.4 Funktioniert das „Hinzufügen/Bearbeiten“ in alle Media-Elemente nicht mehr. Bestehenden Galerien sowie Bilder können ebenfalls nicht mehr bearbeitet werden.
    Ist dieses Problem bekannt?

    Verwendete WP Version 4.9.4

    Hey Marco,

    My german is not perfect, but you are saying that you can’t add image using the WordPress default Add Media button? If so then no, that is not a known issue.

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where and how we can reproduce the problem.

    The problem only occurs under IE 11

    Hi,

    Thank you for letting us know.
    Microsoft has stoped the updates on IE11, so we would need to dig a little bit more into that so we can see why the issue comes up…
