Hello on my site https://www.medmaiora.it/alessandria/ambulatorio-pediatrico/ which has a layout element 3/5 and a layout element 2/5 I would like to put layout element 1/2 in the layout element 3/5 is it possible?

That is not possible with the layout builder unfortunately.
