    Hi,

    The frontpage slider on http://www.multimediatique.fr doesn’t work the way it should. It just doesn’t show the pictures that are supposed to be animated. They are replaced by a small logo, like if they were missing.

    I havent’ modified anything in LayerSlider for ages, and the preview still perfectly works.

    Could you please help?

    Hey NMOI,

    make sure you’re using newest theme version.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for the quick check. You’re right, It’s working properly now, but I don’t understand what happened.

    I did a hard reset, and on several browser and terminals. I also emptied WP’ cache. I even tried to disable it. It’s not the first time I have this problem.

    Would you have a explanation?

    It must be a caching related issue since i could not reproduce the issue on my end, unfortunately i do not have a proper explanation but glad it is working fine for you too now :)
