Tried to apply transition effects to the static slider, but they just don’t work. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for that. You have 2 performance plugins active plus the functionality in the theme, did you try to disable the two plugins plugins the functionality in the theme under Enfold->Performance?

I am seeing the default theme. Are you not using Enfold at the moment?

I see you only have one slide, you need more slides to have transitions.

Can you upgrade PHP to version 7.0.32 to 7.2.0? If the transition is still not working after the PHP upgrade, please provide the FTP details in the private field so that we can inspect the issue further.
