    Hi there. New user, thanks for your time.

    I am getting a [LayerSliderWP] Slider not found error on some of the demo home pages –
    noblesville-attorney.com/adlerwp

    I noticed this after I imported the dummy content after a new WordPress install for this site. Then I noticed that I get a 403 error when I try to add a new slider to LayerSlider, so I think that might be related.

    I’d be happy to provide you with WP and/or FTP credentials for your kind assistance.

    I was able to create a new slider and include it in a Page without issues:

    I did increased the memory limit in your wp-config.php file.

    Thanks, Josue. I was able to add a NEW slider. The Import Sample Sliders does not seem to work, and importing a sample .json LayerSlider file does not seem to work either. Does it work for you?

    Hi, just a followup to my question above –

    I don’t seem to be able to import a sample .json file or the Sample Sliders. Any ideas?

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    You need to upload the whole zip file, not just the settings or .json file. Please try to export the existing slider then import the zip file back. It will work.

    Hey!

    I’ve export 1 slider on the back end and import it back again, and it was working, if it’s not could you let me know what’s the error or what happens after you import this one ?
