I am running Enfold on a WordPress Multisite and have cloned the assets for the plugins and theme into a new site within the network but the LayerSliderWP isn’t allowing me to import sliders. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Its also not allowing me to create a slider from scratch.
Hi designbyjm,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Hey!
go into your caching plugin’s settings and switch off caching. Deactivate all your plugins and then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Hope this will help!
Cheers!
Andy
We tried disabling all plugins, clearing the cache, switching off the cache and even the Screen Options isn’t working.
Hi,
Not sure what is going wrong there, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
Rikard
Yep we have tried that as well. No luck.
Hi!
The ZipArchive php class is disabled. Please ask your hosting provider to enable it.
Cheers!

We have installed the ZipArchive class and still no change. Please advise.
Hi!
very weird, as it is working fine for thousands of customers and I on my end as well. Something must cause it especially on your end. There still might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/. Overwriting theme files might not be enough.
Cheers!
Andy
We have actually rolled back to a previous version of the theme and have gotten everything to work. It doesn’t seem to like working with multiple uses of the theme and plugins within a multi-site environment.
