    Hello,

    I just licensed another copy of Enfold for a new website. When I go to the LayerSliderWP and try to create a new slider the buttons on the slide screen do nothing. If I import a template and open this template slider the images do not show up nor the multiple slides.

    The plugin appears dead. System status doesn’t show anything except:
    ACTIVE! Suhosin may override PHP server settings that are otherwise marked OK here. If you experience issues, please contact your web hosting company and ask them to verify the listed server settings above.

    Would this stop LayerSliderWP from working?

    Hi tamara_cartwright,

    I was able to create a slider, called test slider. You can try adding images to it. The Layer Slider is working.

    Thank you but it is not working. Try to open your demo slider (PopUp Demo) that I uploaded. None of the slides load.

    Hi,

    The demo is probably created from an older version of the layer slider and it’s not compatible with the latest version. Please try to create a slider from scratch.

    Thank you for the reply. I did try creating a slider from scratch and could not add any images to it. Why I wrote to you in the first place.

    Blank slider created, could not do anything after that.

    Hi,

    What is your browser? Please try it on Chrome or Firefox. We can create a slider without any issue. ( see private field )

    So IE does not work (previous versions did). Chrome does work.

    Why would IE not work? I have another website that has Enfold and I update the slider with no issues using IE.

    Hi,

    Why do you have to use IE? Please use Chrome or Firefox because they’re more advance and arguably better than IE.

    Thank you for the reply. I use IE because it is a supported browser on Windows. Your stuff used to work on IE – why not now? Chrome is not better, just different.

    I should not have to change my tools to use your plug-ins.

    Hi,

    What is the version of your IE browser again? Chrome and Firefox are also supported on Windows and they are much better because they support modern browser technologies. IE tends to lag behind in this aspect. Please use the suggested browsers temporarily. We found an error in the console.
