    Total Cluster. I installed a fresh version of Enfold into a fresh WP instance and found that the LayerSlider feature would not respond to + Add New in the layers area. Nothing happens when clicked.

    Out of desperation I purchased the latest LayerSlider WP instance for the fourth site (why include a feature that doesn’t fully work?). I dropped in the purchase code and this time, there was no relief. Still did could only add main slide but no additional layers.

    I then installed the LayerSlider WP plugin thinking that might get me there, but after that, LayerSlider WP does not respond at all. Nothing. I can’t create a new slide nor edit the existing one.

    Your PHP version: 7.1.31
    EnfoldVersion: 4.6
    WordPress 5.2.2
    LayerSlider WP Version 6.9.1

    Hey Tim,

    Sorry for the problem. It looks like you are getting some jQuery errors on the page, I’m not sure why though. What happens if you select to not use the bundled version under Enfold->Layout Builder->Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin?

    I tried the “Remove theme plugin files and slides” – no good. also tried “Remove theme plugin files only and keep slides” Neither helped.

    I deleted the LayerSlider plugin, reactivated, deleted through File Manager, reinstalled. Tried everything. No good. I can’t get the bundled version nor the purchased version to work at all now. Open to suggestions and hope I don’t have to start the project over from scratch.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, where are you trying the purchase code? If you looking to add it to the backend of the theme then you will need to generate a token instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you are looking to register the bundled LayerSlider then that is not possible unfortunately.

    I have the same problem and am using the bundled version. The slide background shows up, but nothing on the slide itself shows up. Issue occurs whether mobile or desktop view, and just started within the past few days.

    Trying to edit the slider by adding a new layer no longer works; basically Layerslider just isn’t working at all. These sites are being hosted on Siteground.
    Enfold version 4.6.1
    PHP version: 7.1.31
