Hi, I have the paid version of the LayerSlider WP installed and I’m getting this error on mobile. Can you let me know how to fix this?

Please check and verify.
About your problem; did you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference? You could also try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
